ID Requirements
Adults 18 & Up
We accept government issued IDs such as:
- Drivers License
- Drivers Permit
- State Issued ID
- Passports
- Tribal ID
Minors 17 & Under
For the initial piercing as well as downsizes/installs
Minors MUST be accompanied by a guardian*
We need a valid ID for both guardian and minor*
- Valid Photo ID for minors (see accepted forms above)
- Birth Certificate (Last names must match with guardian)
If you are in a situation that is not listed, please give our shop a call to discuss further details. For example foster parents, emancipation, & step parents***

**We do not accept expired ID, Social Security cards, or work issued ID**
Minors under 12 years old who are not getting pierced are not allowed in the piercing room, and can not be left unsupervised in the lobby. If you have any questions or concerns please call, and we will do our best to accommodate.
